I am a visual artist from Montevideo, Uruguay. In this blog I will show you some things I produce in my workshop: a lot of collages, photos and some drawings. I will also speak about my ideas and projects in performance, about artists and works in which I am interested, and about some other things that inspire me and that may be interesting for those who visit this blog.

‘Señorita Leona’ (‘Miss Lioness’) is a short story by Horacio Quiroga. It is about a little lioness that grows in the city. She is educated by humans and she becomes a refined singer. One day, in the middle of a concert, without knowing why, she starts roaring like a beast. All the people who up to that day loved her begin to be afraid of her, and then she must return to the jungle to live like a wild animal.

If you listen to some roar in this blog, please don’t be afraid.
